It gives me immense pleasure to associate myself with visionary and illustrious Sh. Vijay Gupta and Sh. Ranjan Aggarwal who have widened their horizon further by not only opening a girls engineering college “Gurgaon College of Engineering for Women” in Gurgaon (Haryana) but also to fulfill the need of globalized, industrialized and liberated economy all over the world by producing well qualified and dedicated technocrats from their institutions. All the necessary and state of art infrastructure and facilities have already been developed in our institution by renowned personalities of engineering background.

Dr. Raina who presently occupies the post of Director, ‘Gurgaon College of Engineering for Woman’ (GCEW) bought certain fundamental changes in teaching methodologies which not only improved the results substantially but has put ‘GCEW’ uniquely at the top in the entire state in the last two successive examination results and as such initiated a radical & creative thinking/dedication among the faculty in the entire campus. ‘GCEW’ has designed a unique learning experience that focuses on all round student development while imparting high quality technical education to the students. Having taught and worked in India and in the U.S., he has attained relevant experience about Educational Institutions both in and outside India which has allowed him to built enough of Networking between the Government and other academic institutions to build them into vibrant academic institutions.
