The campus has more than 106000 sq. ft. constructed area for all the students. All the class rooms, tutorial rooms, computer centre, library, common rooms, administrative areas are fully furnished and air-conditioned. All the laboratories/workshops required for all the students are fully equipped with modern instruments and adequately staffed as per the syllabus of the Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak. The Gurgaon College of Engineering for Women, an embodiment of the vision, inspiration and zeal of illustrious Sh. Vijay Gupta & Sh. Ranjan Aggarwal, has been established in June 2008 under the aegis of philanthropic trust Shree Krishna Educational Trust to meet the need of women technocrats and managers with sound theoretical and practical knowledge. To their credit, they have also promoted few other engineering institutions of repute in the state of Haryana imparting UG & PG courses in the field of engineering and management. GCEW is situated in a 7.2 acre lush-green, pollution-free, quite ambience with an aesthetically designed landscape, healthy and natural environment at Bilaspur which is at distance of 26 km from Rajeev Chowk (Gurgaon) on NH-8, Delhi-Jaipur Expressway.

All roadways buses running on NH-8 from Delhi (Dhaula Kuan) towards Jaipur, Rewari and Alwar passes through Bilaspur (Old Toll). The campus is about 1 km from Bilaspur Chowk and is located on Bilaspur-Tauru Road. This college of engineering has a locational advantage of having large industrial areas near-by. These are Gurgaon Industrial Area, IMT Manesar, Dharuhera Industrial Area, Bhiwadi Industrial Area. Here students of GCEW will have advantage of placements in near future.

Education Loan from Oriental Bank Of Commerce is available foe the needy students. The student may approach the local branch in the campus. However it is advisable that the parents obtain their loan firm the place of their residence.

Connectivity through 4 MBPS Optical Fiber link offers unlimited internet facilities for net surfing and other web based applications.

Laptop to Every Student 

In view of interactive class rooms and extensive use of ICT equipments and training aids in the teaching earning process it is obligatory for the students of this institute to bring laptop in the class. As such it is mandatory for every student to posses the laptop. This institute has made elaborative arrangement with the firm like COMPAQ/HPS to provide laptop at the time of admission on payment arrangement also exists for bank loan and payment can be made in monthly instalments.

Canteen 

College is running a canteen in the campus, provides tea/coffee, soft drinks and fast food items at nominal costs.
A committee of faculty members regularly checks the quality of food.
